Nichols is the Executive Director of the Esplanade Association, a 19-year old nonprofit working in partnership with the Department of Conservation & Recreation to enliven and care for the 64-acre Charles River Esplanade in Boston. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law and received a degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
