About Sandra Velazquez
Sandra J. Velazquez, RN, MS is a nurse practitioner who currently provides health care services to underserved children and adolescents in the Worcester Public School system. Sandy’s professional experience as a nurse practitioner includes the provision of primary care to children and work in pediatric gastroenterology. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Sandy served as a nurse liaison and staff nurse, providing to infants through adults in and out-of-hospital care. Sandy is a graduate of Fitchburg State College and the University of Massachusetts Graduate Schools of Nursing at both Worcester and Amherst.
