Katie Martinez Castellano is Pioneer Institute’s Director of Individual Giving. She has a diverse background running political operations in battleground territories around the country. Prior to joining Pioneer, Katie owned and operated a political fundraising firm that specialized in developing comprehensive fundraising strategies for campaigns and committees nationwide. Katie earned her bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey and holds a Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing for history in secondary education.
