Shawni Littlehale is Director of Pioneer’s Better Government Competition. Associated with Pioneer since 1997, she worked in state government during the Weld administration as a member of the Administration and Finance strategic planning and policy team. Shawni has also consulted on cost-cutting measures. She holds a B.A. in government from Wheaton College.
