Liza Rudell is Quality Manager for the MassHealth Managed Care Organization Program. Previously, she worked for the Center for Studying Health System Change and the Health Care Division of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition in Washington, D.C. She received a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
