Victoria Huynh serves as Development Events and Operations Coordinator at Pioneer Institute, supporting the daily operations of the development team through administrative coordination, schedule management, data integrity, and event support. With a background in marketing, operations, and nonprofit program management, Victoria brings experience in strategic communications, CRM systems, and large-scale event planning. She has coordinated events for groups of over 100 participants, developed marketing and outreach materials, managed databases and workflows, and supported mission-driven organizations through effective collaboration and problem-solving. Through her work, she helps advance the Institute’s development efforts and overall mission. Victoria holds a degree in Marketing and a certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
