Data Fellow

Liam Day is a data fellow at Pioneer Institute. He was previously director of communications and strategic partnerships at Pioneer. He served in local government with the Boston Public Health Commission. He’s run and advised campaigns for Massachusetts state representative, Boston City Council, and Boston mayor. He co-authored Back to Taxachusetts: How the proposed constitutional tax amendment would upend one of the best economies in the nation. His op-eds and articles have appeared in the Boston Globe, Boston Herald, Patriot Ledger and San Francisco Examiner, among other outlets. He currently lives in San Francisco, where he leads a non-profit and serves as a consultant to various political and civic groups in the city.
