Kyla is a former business consultant with experience covering 5 different industries, 7 organizational areas and 5 multi-billion-dollar organizational structures. Her career centered on helping businesses succeed through strategic planning and implementation. Kyla started her career with Keane, an IT company out of Boston implementing Y2K solutions. She then joined their strategic planning division in Chicago and worked with Fortune 500 companies, developing and implementing strategic plans to improve their operations and IT efficiencies. Post-Keane, she joined a small private restaurant business and worked with properties across the country and in Mexico. Kyla finished her career at Fidelity Investments where she was a Director of Marketing in the wealth management division. She consulted with investment and wealth advisors, optimizing their success through the development of strategic marketing plans and the use of Fidelity’s brokerage platform and products. 

Kyla left the business world in 2010 to marry her husband, Richard, and raise a family. She has spent the past 13 years focused on raising her three children, Isabel (9 yrs), Wyatt (11 yrs), and Grayson (12 yrs) and engaging in her community. 

Kyla holds a BA from Duke University.
