Bob Scott is a seasoned financial executive with four decades of experience in capital markets and investment management. From 2008 to 2021, he served as Chief Executive Officer, then Chairman & CEO, of North American Management Corp, a Boston-based, SEC-registered investment advisory firm providing tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. The firm was acquired by Wealth Enhancement Group in 2021. 

Under Bob’s leadership, North American Management experienced significant growth in assets under management, expanded its client base, and strengthened its reputation for investment acumen combined with personalized service. He led the firm through periods of heightened economic volatility with a focus on long-term capital appreciation, risk-management, and high fiduciary standards. 

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Bob held various senior roles in the broader financial services industry, where he developed deep expertise in portfolio strategy, client advisory, and organizational leadership. 

Bob’s civic engagement includes serving as a trustee at Mass Eye & Ear, and of the endowment of the YMCA of the North Shore. Bob received an AB from Harvard College in 1983.
