Andrew Horgan serves as the Chief Development Officer for Pioneer Institute, where he oversees all fundraising activities for both Pioneer and the Pioneer Public Interest Law Center. He leads a team of development professionals dedicated to partnering with philanthropists to make impactful investments that advance Pioneer’s mission.
Prior to joining Pioneer, Andrew was the Assistant Vice President of Major Gifts at Boston University, where he managed fundraising efforts for the Regional Team, Parent & Family Philanthropy, and the Department of Athletics. Earlier in his career, he held development roles at Brown University’s Warren Alpert Medical School and The Catholic University of America.
Andrew earned a master’s degree in international affairs from The Catholic University of America and a bachelor’s degree in political science with a public policy certificate from Saint Anselm College.
