Aidan Enright
is an Economic Research Associate at Pioneer Institute, where he examines Massachusetts’ business climate, tax policy, and economic opportunity more generally. His work includes exploring immigrant entrepreneurship and its economic benefits while highlighting barriers such as visa delays and licensing challenges, tracking the outmigration of Massachusetts residents, and identifying avenues that can make the Bay State more competitive in the pursuit of talent and business. Aidan’s research emphasizes practical policy solutions to attract and retain international talent, foster innovation, and shore up Massachusetts labor force into the future. Before joining Pioneer, he worked as a tutor in a Providence, RI school and interned for a U.S. Senator and the Rhode Island Department of Administration. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the College of Wooster, with a concentration in U.S. national politics.
