Andrew Horgan serves as the Chief Development Officer for Pioneer Institute, responsible for overseeing all fundraising activities for Pioneer and for Pioneer Public Interest Law Center. Andrew leads a team of development professionals who partner with philanthropists interested in making impactful investments in support of Pioneer’s mission. Prior to joining Pioneer, Andrew served as the Assistant Vice President of Major Gifts at Boston University. In this role he oversaw fundraising efforts for the Regional Team, Parent & Family Philanthropy, and the Department of Athletics. Andrew’s career also included time at Brown University’s Warren Alpert Medical School and The Catholic University of America. Andrew received his master’s degree in international affairs from The Catholic University of America and a bachelor’s degree in political science with a public policy certificate from Saint Anselm College.
