The Guides clarify regulatory requirements for 20 different types of businesses, from hair salons to auto body shops. Complex local, state and federal requirements are presented in a logical, concise way. The Guides also include a comprehensive list of resources for business owners, to help them start or expand their company and hire new employees.

Pioneer’s CEO also provides the following tools for entrepreneurs and small business advisors. They include a Roadmap to Financing and a case study of the Urban Business Alliance, a recent initiative to bring high-quality business consulting services to low-income entrepreneurs.
