Recording of Information: The following information may be recorded during the duration of your visit:
- Internet Protocol (IP) Address: Your IP address may be recorded in several places on the site, including the "Contact Us" and "Rate My School" pages.
- Website Analytics: Data including page visits and duration, referral sites, bounce rates and other items will be collected.
- User ratings: Any rating or comments that you provide for a specific school will be recorded.
In addition to the above items, any information you submit on the "Contact Us" page will be recorded.
Retention of recorded info: Pioneer will retain indefinitely all of the information that it has informed users it will record.
Use of retained info: Information recorded and retained may be used for, but not limited to, the following purposes:
- Internet Protocol (IP) Address: To restrict multiple user ratings (via "Rate My School") by the same user for a single school; to restrict multiple or automated contact form submissions including "SPAM"; and to provide analytical information as part of our website analytics package.
- Website Analytics: To analyze user traffic, trends, and site errors.
- User ratings: To display averaged user responses for questions 1 through 5 (via "Rate My School") from all user responses for a specific school. At this time Pioneer retains the right to display or otherwise distribute user-submitted comments (question 6).
- Contact Information Including Submitted Email Addresses: To distribute regular or one-time electronic communications and to respond to direct inquiries.
